Atheer is developing cutting-edge products using today’s newest technologies for one of the hottest emerging markets: Augmented Reality wearable technology. We build two main products:
AiR Interaction – combining computer vision based gesture recognition, voice recognition and multiple modalities for advanced interactions with smart Glasses, and
AiR Suite – a SaaS platform for Enterprise (Global 2000, Fortune 500) that enables remote collaboration and AR taskflows targeting the Fix, Assemble, Survey and Train use cases, connecting field engineers/technicians to their experts and managers.

Your Role as a Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, developing an understanding their business goal and co-creating and delivering across success criteria.
Leveraging this customer knowledge, and your expertise, you will provide adoption, industry and implementation best practices and personalized recommendations to ensure your customers maximize value from their investment. The CSM is required to maintain strong working relationships with customer facing personnel in the Sales, Support, Operations and Product Management teams.
Bachelor’s Degree. Degree in Computer Science of related fields is strongly preferred
3-5 years of Enterprise SaaS Experience
Emerging Technology Experience is preferred
Ability to hand high-ace customer engagement activities and management of multiple customer accounts
Customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct client-facing role
